Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused fabrics or notions in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged or soiled during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the items back to our quilting studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
